DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties

This agreement is entered into between the Seller and the Buyer for sales conducted electronically via the Seller’s website.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties.

3. Product & Payment

  • Product details, prices, taxes, and payment methods are clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed.

4. Delivery

  • Products are shipped within the stated processing time after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

6. Disputes

  • In case of disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.
