Delivery

  • Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer via contracted shipping carriers.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

  • Any delays caused by the shipping company are beyond our responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

  • Customers have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

  • For items damaged during shipping, a damage report from the carrier is required.
